- Experienced in the field of IT domain preferably
in IT Security
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Man Management & capable of strategically
leading a team of 10 highly experienced engineers
- Applies significant knowledge of
industry trends and developments to improve services to clients
- Facilitates
effective team interaction as well as managing
the technical team across the Gulf region including KSA
- Hand on Experience & the ability to engage in specific projects as well as
leading it
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive
suggestions for change
- Continually seeks opportunities to
increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and inspires coworkers to attain
goals and pursue excellence.
- Middle East experience is an advantage
